About Kathy

I’m a Certified Life Coach who helps young people like you shine a light on their path to help them find their way.

The loss of my dad, health issues, and low self-esteem when I was a  young girl led me to a degree in social work to help others who struggled like I did. My husband and I have raised two independent,  confident daughters, and in my work in education, I saw up close the  challenges of today’s youth. 

I became a coach so I can help young  people feel seen and heard as they move into their futures.
